My main objective is to help you stay healthy and active through dance and fun exercise routines, that will help you stay focused and engaged; regardless of your level of experience in fitness programs. I know that if you join any of my classes, you will be able to better yourself and have a fun time doing so.
I have over 55 years of success and experience as a dancer and a teacher, rest assured you are being coached and led by someone who has dedicated her entire life to leading a healthy lifestyle. I am passionate about dance because it is the joy of movement and the heart of life, I want you to enjoy each step along the way, I always say: "when in doubt, dance it out".
I understand that adapting new fitness habits sometimes is challenging, but my goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
